Leadtec offer AANXEDI services in conjunction with the AANX: Leadtec, through its InTouch service, offers AANXEDI application services to the AANX trading partner community. This service has been accredited by the FCAI EDI and AANX Committees as suitable for the needs of the Australian automotive industry. The service offers defined service level agreements covering message transfer latency and delays, service reliability and uptime, fault reporting and troubleshooting processes, logging and archiving, and penalties for non-performance. Monthly reports are complied byLeadtec and reviewed by AANX for compliance with the criteria.
